Scope Expansion

The next phase is an extension of the existing activities. Step-by-step the accountants will take over tasks which are there in the long term plan but Bluzor has not yet started.

These in framework has been already brought at the first stage and these plan is now implemented. We will also take up activities which may fall outside the statement or Work and are considered desirable for offshoring.

This is followed by scaling up where the focus is entirely on speed, quality and volume and optimizing these 3 parameters. Also we hire and train new employees and expand the team.
